Overview
The Montana Veterans' Home is a Medicare/Medicaid certified facility that provides long-term care to eligible veterans. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assisting nurses with patient care activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment by following infection control procedures and reporting any hazards or concerns
• Promoting resident independence and dignity while encouraging social interaction and engagement
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
