Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect all merchandise to ensure functionality and integrity prior to delivery.
  • Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Transport goods to customer residences.
  • Remove outdated appliances and furniture.
  • Install new appliances and furniture with precision.
  • Thoroughly test and clean all equipment before departure.
  • Communicate with customers regarding any changes in delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with the delivery coordinator to establish and complete delivery routes.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of delivery vehicles.
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to address any customer concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift heavy items (80+ pounds) with ease.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to acquire new skills.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality service.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Experience with tow-motors or front-end loaders is advantageous.
