Sales and Operations Leader

We are seeking a Sales Growth Leader to join our team in Northwest North Carolina and drive sales growth across our retail stores. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maximizing profits and managing daily store operations.
About the Role:- Maximize profits and manage daily store operations, ensuring production goals are met.
- Create a positive store environment for staff and customers.
- Hire, schedule, counsel, and terminate staff, handle payroll and timekeeping.
- Closing store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility for night.
- Track expenses and maintain reasonable expenses while maximizing sales.
- Prepare and maintain records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the ideal candidate will have two to three years of management or assistant management experience with cash control responsibility.
Compensation:The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and we offer excellent benefits in a unique work environment.
