Position Title: Junior Platform Developer

Location: Springfield, IL (Onsite)

Role Overview:

Project Summary

We are seeking a driven Junior Platform Developer to contribute to our Product Management Transformation initiative. This project is designed to improve the delivery of ongoing technical support, services, and capabilities to our clientele, with a particular emphasis on aiding at-risk children and families within the state. As a Junior Platform Developer with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM applications, you will engage in the development and maintenance of solutions utilizing Agile and SCRUM methodologies, Azure Data Services, and Azure Integration Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
  • Support the application of Agile and SCRUM methodologies for managing and executing technical projects.
  • Facilitate the integration of Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to define, design, and implement technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand and address their requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant internships.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
  • Experience using Jira for project management and tracking.
  • Understanding of .NET full-stack development principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in Product Management or Health & Human Services projects.
  • Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
  • Previous involvement in large-scale transformation projects.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
