  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry advancements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Microsoft C#, ASP.Net, and .Net Core, with substantial experience in SQL and database architecture.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics365 and Power Apps.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and software design paradigms.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Desirable Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience with Call Center Software projects or integrations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Relevant certifications in technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).
  • Experience in Product Management and/or Health & Human Services projects.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
  • Prior experience in large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
