Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team at Krasan Consulting Services. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in our Product Management Transformation project, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using C#, ASP.Net,.Net Core, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using C#, ASP.Net,.Net Core, and SQL.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.
  • Code Quality: Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data storage solutions and ensure optimal performance.
  • Custom Application Development: Develop and enhance custom applications using Dynamics365 and Power Apps.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Microsoft C#, ASP.Net, and.Net Core and extensive experience with SQL and database design.
  • Dynamics365 Experience: 2-4 years of experience with Dynamics365 and Power Apps.
  • Programming Skills: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
  • APIs and Web Services: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Front-end Technologies: Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
  • Call Center Software Experience: Previous experience with Call Center Software projects, integrations, or initiatives is a plus.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Agile Methodology: Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodology.
  • Unit Testing: Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Version Control Systems: Understanding of version control systems, notably Git.
  • Certifications: Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).
  • Product Management Experience: Experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.
  • Scaled Agile Framework: Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • North52 and Delphix: Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
  • Large-Scale Transformation Projects: Previous experience working on large-scale transformation projects.
  • Certified ScrumMaster: Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
