Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the team in meeting sales objectives and performance benchmarks through strategic leadership and informed decision-making.
  • Oversee store scheduling, manage labor expenses, and adjust staffing levels in alignment with business requirements to adhere to payroll budgets.
  • Manage all facets of recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes for store staff.
  • Address employee relations matters, ensure compliance with company policies, and supervise performance evaluations.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on corporate culture, product knowledge, and sales methodologies to new team members.
  • Promote continuous development of store personnel and establish succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure effective inventory control, implement merchandising strategies, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Reduce loss through education, vigilant monitoring of store operations, and enforcement of security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in supervising a team of 20 or more associates with performance management duties.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and personnel management abilities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail management position.
  • Experience managing a team of 50 or more associates with performance management responsibilities.
  • College degree or equivalent experience in the retail sector.
