About the Role

Fidelity Digital Assets, a Fidelity Investments Company, is developing a full-service enterprise-grade platform for storing, trading, and servicing digital assets, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.

As a Senior Manager, Technology Management, you will blend engineering knowledge and experience with a passion for coaching and mentoring to deliver scalable and high performing solutions with a cloud-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure alignment with the strategic business priorities and to provide increased value for our customers
  • Plan and lead strategic technology initiatives
  • Support and empower engineers to enable delivery of increased value
  • Enable an agile and frictionless organization by demonstrating agile behaviors
  • Promote a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement
  • Measure performance through established objectives and metrics and deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results
  • Align chapter members across squads to ensure the best utilization of talent while also building learning opportunities to develop skills
  • Actively share insights, knowledge, and industry practices across the organization
