About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Brady. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing on-site Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) evaluations and generating client Visual Lock-Out Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in determining the best method of LOTO procedure generation for client sites.
  • Interface directly with clients from job kick off through job close out, including weekly communication and project management.
  • Professionally and efficiently complete client LOTO Procedures, including field work, writing, printing, laminating, and installation of energy isolation point identifying tags and procedures.
  • Communicate project delays to the Brady Project Manager and provide updates on project status.
  • Perform audits of client procedures and generate reports highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Work with Brady Project Managers to track hours and expenses associated with projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of practical experience in equipment maintenance or equipment isolation.
  • Proficiency in OSHA requirements for Equipment Lock-Out, Tag-Out, and Verification.
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements for Confined Space and ability to convey these requirements to clients.
  • Self-directed and able to solve problems in the field with no supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
