As a Field Training Audiologist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams by delivering high-quality product training and audiological support to customers across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular communication and updates to sales and management personnel
  • Deliver comprehensive customer training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of each account
  • Support the sale of all ReSound products within your designated geography, working closely with assigned sales teams
  • Analyze customer needs and develop targeted training solutions to drive business growth
  • Represent ReSound at national, state, and regional meetings, events, and trade shows
  • Schedule travel independently to maximize effectiveness and efficiency while maintaining a full schedule
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Technical Support, and Research & Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Au.D or Ph.D. in Audiology; Master's degree in Audiology considered
  • Current state license in Audiology
  • Minimum two years of experience in hearing aid dispensing (post externship)
  • Ability to travel extensively, with an estimated 75% of time spent on the road
