Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Dana Incorporated is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in improving the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations.

Job Summary

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, designing and implementing new systems, and optimizing production workflows. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement new systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Optimize production workflows to reduce waste and improve quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing objectives
  • Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions
  • Stay current with advancements in manufacturing technologies and industrial engineering practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor
