In this position, the Vehicle Operations Specialist will be responsible for the organization and management of vehicle inventory, ensuring that all vehicles are parked appropriately and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment across all dealership lots and showrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the vehicle lots in a tidy and organized manner.
  • Relocate vehicles as necessary while adhering to dealership display standards.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors, including all compartments and surfaces.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers as instructed by management.
  • Start and fuel vehicles, reporting any issues or concerns to management promptly.
  • Retrieve parts from the parts department as needed.
  • Affix necessary forms, stickers, and license plates on vehicles.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • No previous experience or training is required.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to follow directions.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to assist the team is crucial.
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence.
