About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, presenting our concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio.
  • Present our concept to interested customers, highlighting the benefits of our unique workout experience.
  • Provide studio tours, showcasing our facilities and equipment.
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new customers through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Sell memberships to existing and new customers, meeting sales targets and contributing to the studio's growth.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers.
