About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Architect to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated vendor SaaS solutions for our large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business goals, technical constraints, and integration requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure seamless communication between various systems, applications, and data sources.
  • Work with internal teams to develop and maintain customer ecosystems and integration documentation and technical specifications.
  • Ensure that deliverables accurately meet client expectations, with proper testing and performance requirements closely monitored.
  • Provide collateral in the form of documentation and training materials where required.
  • Act as the voice of the customer with the product team to ensure the product roadmap evolves to include features requested by customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a key development and/or implementation role for an enterprise B2B SaaS solution.
  • 2+ years in a similar role, helping large enterprise customers design and implement sophisticated vendor SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex industries such as financial services or healthcare tech.
  • Proficiency in data management and analytics.
  • Closely familiar with the latest cloud computing platforms like Azure and AWS.
  • Understanding of cloud and security infrastructure.
  • Written and verbal skills to articulate opportunities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business leadership.
