Medical Screener

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Center Technician at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Plasma Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma for life-saving medicines.
Key Responsibilities:- Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
- Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones and greeting donors while ensuring their safety and comfort
- Work in a fast-paced team environment, ensuring a clean and professional work environment, attending team meetings, and problem-solving with your management team
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned (CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT)
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Experience working in food service, retail, hospital, lab, or a regulated environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced workplace
