Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Phlebotomy Technician to join our team. As a Phlebotomy Technician, you will be responsible for collecting plasma from donors, ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect plasma from donors while ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of donor information and plasma collection
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient plasma collection process
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned (CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT)
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in food service, retail, hospital, lab, or a regulated environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
