Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to join our team at Discovery Land Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our IT operations, providing technical vision, and driving innovation to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage IT staff, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish the technical vision for the company and drive business growth through technology.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the delivery of technology services.
  • Provide technical expertise to support the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
