Position Overview:

Compensation:
$22 - $26/hr., depending on experience

  • Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee inventory levels and initiate orders to maintain optimal stock.
  • Examine and confirm invoices for accuracy prior to payment processing.
  • Keep precise records of all purchase orders, receipts, and related documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Generate and assess purchasing reports to monitor trends and inform decisions.
  • Address warranty concerns with manufacturers.
  • Act as the primary contact for IT vendors, managing general IT support.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
  • Assist in the establishment and upkeep of procurement systems and databases.
  • Coordinate logistics and shipping for received goods.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience in purchase order management and vendor relations.
  • Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • 1-5 years of purchasing experience.
