Corporate Attorney

About the Role:

Entrust is seeking a talented Corporate Attorney to join our global legal team. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary legal support to our procurement team, as well as occasional support for HR, operations, and other corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely and practical legal support to the global procurement team
Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams at all levels
Develop and update contract templates
Collaborate with the legal and procurement teams on scalability initiatives
Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations across global jurisdictions

Requirements:

Juris Doctor degree
Admission to the Bar of at least one state (preferably MN)
At least 3+ years of relevant, post-law school experience in interpreting, drafting and negotiating contracts
