Hours: This position entails a commitment of 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on a shift rotation; availability is required for a 24/7 operational environment, which may include overnight shifts.
Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the CCBHC Project Coordinator.
Job Overview: The Crisis Response Specialist is responsible for providing care to individuals seeking CCBHC services.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Delivering care guided by ethical principles while maintaining professional boundaries with consumers.
- Conducting thorough assessments of all new clients as per agency protocols.
- Upholding confidentiality at all times regarding client information.

- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary team members and working independently when required.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

- Timely and accurate record-keeping capabilities.

Health and Safety Considerations:

- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is required within one month of employment, and First Aid training may also be necessary.
