Job Title: Computerized Tomography Technologist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computerized Tomography Technologist to join our team at Tempe St. Luke's Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of vascular, invasive, and interventional procedures using sophisticated medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Perform vascular, invasive, and interventional procedures as required
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training and completion of a formal radiology program preferred
  • ARRT, CRT, CT, and BLS certifications required
  • Eight hours of stroke-specific education required initially, with four hours annually thereafter
  • Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to change and manage time
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in the completion of assignments and duties

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a CT scanning environment; new graduates accepted
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Salary Range: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
