Key Responsibilities
  • Data Mining and Analysis: Proactively mine, structure, visualize, and analyze large datasets to support business initiatives.
  • Data Pipeline Design: Create data models and pipelines that define the flow and organization of data within the BI environment to support analysis requirements.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to present creative conclusions concisely and articulate complex issues clearly.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers.
  • Ability to think critically, understand why a problem exists, and develop workable solutions.
  • Familiarity with data engineering, data modeling, data architecture principles, and data management best practices.
  • Broad understanding of the financial drivers of Consumer/Commercial Banking that support the ability to create effective KPIs to measure success for executive management.
  • Preferred experience with our current analytics stack Alteryx, PowerBI, Visual Studio, DataBricks, and languages such as SQL, Python.
  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or Statistics.
