Job Title: Architect

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project programs in close collaboration with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Create and develop overall design concepts, formulate design presentation strategies, and make presentations.
  • Manage design processes for entire projects, coordinate efforts of other designers, consultants, and engineers to produce accurate and complete construction documents.
  • Monitor projects and schedules to ensure timely project completion, within budget, and in accordance with LACHIN Architects' quality and client service standards.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or above, and maintain current licensure.
  • Minimum 5 years working in an architect's office, or in a related field, as an architect, intern architect, or draftsperson.
  • Experience with all phases and aspects of architectural projects, to include planning, proposal development, programming, design, drafting, detailing, specification writing, coordination with engineers and consultants, client relations, contract administration, bidding and negotiation, and close-out.
  • Able to use Windows, Microsoft Office, Revit, and AutoCad.
