Key Responsibilities- Quality and Safety: Develop and implement evidence-based practices, patient safety initiatives, and quality strategies to ensure superior clinical identity and standards of care.
- Operational Excellence: Lead efforts to reduce variation in clinical practice, drive performance improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long- and short-range operational and capital plans aligned to business objectives, prioritize capital equipment needs, and determine projected return on investment.
- Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and consultation to support cost-effective clinical resource management, reduce variable costs, and enhance clinical effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, and community leaders, to advance the care of our patients and the growth of Mission Hospital.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree or other approved education plan preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of applicable experience in emergency services or a related field.
- Certifications: Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license.
