About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Football Strength Coach to join our team at D1 Training - 45 Sports. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized personal training programs for individual clients and small groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-intensity training programs for clients of all ages and skill levels
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop personalized training plans
  • Lead group training sessions and provide one-on-one coaching to clients
  • Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive and effective training environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training methods and techniques to continuously improve client outcomes
Requirements
  • Must have a certification in strength and conditioning (CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or CPT)
  • At least 1 year of coaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of strength and conditioning principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or related field
  • Familiarity with the local community and existing relationships with schools, coaches, and sports teams
  • Experience working with clients of all ages and skill levels
