Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: As a PRN LPN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, including administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments as assigned.
- Assess and Document Resident Needs: You will assess and document the resident's condition and nursing needs, ensuring that their care plan is tailored to their individual requirements.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain Accurate Records: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and other relevant information.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: You will participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and contribute to the continuous improvement of our healthcare services.
- Graduate of Accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing: You must be a graduate of an accredited LPN or RN school of nursing.
- Valid LPN or RN License: You must hold a valid LPN or RN license for the state of Oklahoma.
- Valid CPR Certification: You must hold valid CPR certification.
- Ability to Work Cooperatively: You must be able to work cooperatively as a member of a team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Ability to Maintain Confidentiality: You must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Competitive Pay: We offer competitive pay rates for our PRN LPN positions.
- Shift Differential Pay: You will receive shift differential pay for working evening, night, or weekend shifts.
- 6 Observed Holidays with Premium Pay or Leave: You will receive 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave.
