Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record resident vital signs and health status
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active LPN License in the State of Pennsylvania
  • 2 or more years of experience in long-term care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
