Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to join our team. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are properly stocked and displayed in stores, as well as building strong relationships with store employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Mondelēz International in a professional and positive manner, ensuring our products are properly merchandised and displayed in stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store employees and managers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring our products meet their needs.
  • Order and restock products as needed, using our proprietary ordering system to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Participate in store visits and merchandising activities, including setting up displays and ensuring our products are properly stocked and facing.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store employees and managers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
