Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing memberships, and promoting the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support membership by providing information on membership benefits and promoting the value of our products and services.
  • Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.
  • Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards and procedures.
  • Fulfill member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, and securing items until members arrive.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet membership goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
