Job Overview: SAA is seeking a skilled Human Resource Generalist to run the daily functions of our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with training requirements.
  • Assist with recruitment, interviews, and hiring qualified job applicants.
  • Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Participate in new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Administer human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance management; productivity; occupational health and safety; and training.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and managers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required.
  • At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
