Mission Hospital is seeking a skilled Adult Oncology Nurse Navigator to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our cancer care team, you will serve as an advocate and educator for cancer patients, from diagnosis through end of active treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure patient compliance with treatment plans by building relationships with patients and physicians, coordinating care, and providing education and resources.
  • Assume responsibility for managing resources to achieve efficient, high-quality outcomes for cancer patients.
  • Collaborate with local physician liaisons and leadership to conduct internal and external outreach and marketing.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of RN experience
  • Preferred experience in oncology nursing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program
  • BLS certification
  • Preferred certification in oncology nursing
