Job Title: Construction Superintendent Leader

RQC, LLC is a leading Design-Build company specializing in fast-track projects for public and private clients. We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent Leader to join our Field Operations team for projects at King's Bay, Georgia.

Salary: $80,000 - 130,000 per year

This role involves supervising daily construction work activities, coordinating with employees and subcontractors, and ensuring quality work within project requirements. A high school diploma or GED is the minimum education required, with college courses or degrees in construction management preferred. Five years of experience as a superintendent and four years of field or trade work experience are essential. Computer literacy and specific software skills, such as Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit, are also required.
