Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our field operations team for projects located at King's Bay, Georgia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, managing employees and subcontractors, and ensuring quality work within budget and schedule constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction work activities and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate with employees and subcontractors to achieve project goals
- Monitor quality control and safety standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of experience in a superintendent position, preferably in government or large commercial construction
- Computer literacy and proficiency in software such as Primavera and BIM

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year
