Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our Field Operations team for projects located at King's Bay, Georgia. The successful candidate will have experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, safety, and production of all phases in construction.

Responsibilities
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:

  1. Supervising daily construction work activities
  2. Coordinating assigned employees and subcontractors
  3. Safely producing quality work within project requirements and budget
  4. Aligning with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Five or more years of work experience in a Superintendent position
  • Four or more years of field or trade work experience in the construction industry
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet)
  • CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications, EM-385, and STS

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $130,000 per year, as well as Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, and 401k with Match.
