Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
GritR Sports is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, process payments, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Manage inbound customer communications, including phone calls and emails, to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
- Relationship Development: Track interactions in our CRM system to foster cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in supporting client success and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
- Time Management: Excellent time-management and prioritization skills to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks.

Benefits:
