Meat Cutter Specialist

At Cumberland Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral, we're seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Cut meat according to product specifications and time standards.
- Implement and follow the buffet production system to maintain quality and shelf life compliance.
- Rotate cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Stock and arrange the Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines.
- Sanitize all surfaces between production of chicken and other meats to prevent cross-contamination.
- Recognize and remove spoiled meat to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Clean and sanitize the meat room according to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
- Comply with local health department regulations.
- Utilize administration forms to track inventory and determine production levels.
- Notify the Manager of any discrepancies in product or equipment.
- Perform opening and closing administrative procedures.
- Maintain equipment according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
- Complete duty roster tasks.
