Automotive Sales and Service Area Manager

As an Automotive Sales and Service Area Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for driving sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area. This involves receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, and proper signing and in-stock and inventory levels. You will also be responsible for budgeting and forecasting sales, assessing economic trends and community needs, and ensuring that sales and profit goals are achieved. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing plans to correct any deficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area
• Receives and stocks merchandise

Qualifications:
Required qualifications include 2 years of experience in automotive service or service industry field, 1 year of supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include automotive certification from Automotive Technical Institute, Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, experience in automotive service or service industry related field, and supervisory experience. Additionally, ASE certification is preferred.
