Key Responsibilities- Merchandise Operations: Execute receiving and merchandising standards, prioritize the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor, and ensure accurate tagging, hanging, and coding of products.
- Customer Service: Engage and interact with customers, respond to their needs, and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the backroom area, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with peers and supervisors, provide training and mentorship to Associates, and promote a culture of honesty and integrity.
- Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
- Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
