About the Role:

This position is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of data storage systems, including structured and unstructured data. You will work closely with senior staff to implement data protection mechanisms, such as defining backup policies, scheduling backups, and conducting regular data recovery tests. Additionally, you will assess storage capacity requirements based on data growth projections and needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or relevant IT-related discipline.
  • DoD 8570.01-2 years of position-specific relevant experience.
  • IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working knowledge of various vendor storage management applications, such as NetApp, NOM, and OCI.
  • Strong working knowledge in basic storage fundamentals with an understanding of major networking concepts.
  • Experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 based on industry standards and location.
