Job Description

DAN Solutions seeks a highly skilled Cyber Security Systems Administrator to join our team.

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum

We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in systems administration, particularly in the areas of cyber security and network management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems, as well as experience with installing and configuring devices, applications, and security tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform systems administration tasks, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, and network devices.
  • Maintain integrity and security of cross-domain system infrastructure and related processes.
  • Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of issues.
  • Configure and manage Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems, and install and load operating system and application software.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a system administrator.
  • Experience with operating and maintaining Microsoft Windows and Linux servers, including operating systems.
  • Experience with installing and configuring devices, applications, and security tools.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience in a professional work environment, Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in a professional work environment.
  • DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certification, including Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) - Infrastructure Support (IS) certification, including CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND within 30 days of hire.
