About the Role

As a Receptionist at Serenity Healthcare, LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming and supportive environment from the moment they arrive.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our clinic, managing patient check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Patient Communication: Greet patients warmly and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Scheduling and Check-in/Check-out: Manage patient appointments, collect necessary documentation, and process payments.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
  4. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
