Avery Dennison Smartrac is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to support our operations by staging and moving manufacturing materials around the site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing packaging, obtaining samples, changing filters, labeling, loading drums, totes, and tankers with finished product, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Move manufacturing materials as required to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Prepare packaging and load finished products in accordance with quality and safety standards.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork to support production activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate certificate/2 years of college preferred.
  • EHS & Quality training desired.
  • Forklift and Yard Truck experience is a plus.
