As a Marketing Specialist - Brand Experience, you will be responsible for overseeing Red Bull's local sampling and collegiate marketing efforts. Your goal will be to drive trial, support sales, and build brand love through our Student Marketeer program and in-market initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hiring a dynamic team that represents our brand values
  • Leading trainings and building tools to ensure Student Marketeer teams are successful
  • Providing direct and productive coaching to maximize team impact
  • Empowering Student Marketeer's to produce new ideas to increase trial, support sales and excite consumers

You will work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to build a localized plan to increase product trial and brand relevance. This will involve managing local resource allocation, conducting regular market visits, and developing new opportunities to attract new entry-point consumers.

Additionally, you will build relationships with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize program impact. This includes supporting national and regional brand campaigns, such as product launches and brand building events.

Qualifications include:

  • Project management experience delivering projects from brainstorming to execution
  • Experience presenting and facilitating trainings and meetings
  • Success in collaborative and creative environments
  • Collegiate marketing and sampling experience
