Cortica is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor - ABA Therapist to join our team at our Westchester center. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee clinical programming for patients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment in clinic and in home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists in the pod
- Ensure quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours and maintaining productivity expectations
- Provide monthly supervision to all RBT's and/or BCATs on their pod, completing paperwork and at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a Human Services or related field
- Current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain
- Working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism
