We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team at ReconMR. As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct outbound calls and survey respondents on a wide variety of topics. Your primary responsibility will be to collect survey data by phone, reading a script verbatim, asking questions to respondents, and recording responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telephone interviews, polls, and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Make outbound phone calls to survey respondents
  • Read a script verbatim and ask questions to respondents
  • Record responses and collect survey data

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills and ability to speak clearly over the phone
  • Comfortable talking on the phone (Bilingual Spanish/English)
  • Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
  • Basic understanding of good customer service
