About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective patient care, prioritizing the needs of each individual and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and guidelines to ensure the best possible results.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, providing education and support to promote patient understanding and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing or higher.
  • One year of experience as a professional RN, with a preference for those with long-term care experience.
  • National certification in a clinical specialty is preferred.
