About the Job:

  • \
  • Support existing Medicaid accounts for Wound Care Consultants in respective territories, driving growth and expansion.\
  • Collaborate with Wound Care Consultants to enhance patient accounts in acute care facilities, wound care clinics, and other medical institutions.\
  • Ongoing re-authorizations and new prescriber acquisition on a monthly basis to maintain business momentum.\
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for hospital staff, outpatient departments, wound clinics, and private offices to increase product awareness.\
  • Bld effective relationships with clients and patients, meeting annual performance targets and territory goals.\
  • Cultivate strong client connections through regular visits and product demonstrations.\
  • Handle inquiries about products and services, providing detailed information and presentations.\
  • Utilize clinical research resources to promote products, educate customers, and drive sales.\
  • Penetrate target accounts, building strong partnerships and devoting time to each potential provider.\
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services, staying up-to-date on latest offerings.\
  • Represent the company at trade shows, establishing new business opportunities.\
  • Deliver proactive support and assistance to clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.\
  • Provide expert, knowledgeable customer service, meeting customer needs and resolving issues promptly.\
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.\
  • Qualifications:\

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.\
    • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.\
    • Passion for delivering life-changing therapy to patients with chronic wounds.\
    • Strong track record of success and high level of competitiveness.\
    • Confidence in communicating with established physicians and other medical professionals.\
    • Excellent interpersonal skills within hospital or outpatient settings.\
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.\
    • Ability to develop analytical skills, including pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management.\
    • Capacity to learn complex sales processes and adapt to multiple call points and decision-makers within accounts.\
    • Valid driver's license.\

$55,000 - $75,000 base salary range plus commission.
