Key Responsibilities of the Fine Gardening Crew Leader:
- Engage in outdoor work across diverse and stunning properties.
- Participate in hands-on gardening tasks such as pruning, planting, and weeding.
- Lead and inspire a small team of skilled individuals.
- Work with a variety of plants and flowers.
- Deepen your knowledge of horticulture on a daily basis.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a professional fine gardening environment.
- Familiarity with New England flora and horticultural techniques.
- A meticulous eye for aesthetics and detail.
- A commitment to creating, installing, and maintaining beautiful seasonal displays.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.
- Effective communication skills to engage with a diverse workforce.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the capability to obtain a DOT medical card.
