Hospice Nurse Clinical Manager Position in Fayetteville/Lumberton, NC

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for hospice care to join our team in Fayetteville/Lumberton, NC. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
Estimated Salary Range$93,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleAs a Hospice Nurse Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical leadership and oversight to our interdisciplinary team
- Developing and implementing patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure high-quality patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
- At least one year of direct patient care experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
