Head of Global Corporate Trust Escrow

U.S. Bank National Association is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Corporate Trust Escrow business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving performance, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a short- and medium-term strategy to drive tactical improvements and initiatives that enhance escrow business performance.
- Interface with various stakeholders, including end-users, business stakeholders, support functions, and vendors, to ensure seamless delivery of escrow services.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitive dynamics and their impact on the business and strategy, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to address them.
- Work closely with business development to identify revenue opportunities and distribution channels, creating a pipeline of potential clients and partners.
- Utilize market and industry information to assess market positioning, competitor analysis, and segment opportunities, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.
- Provide leadership, vision, and direction to team members and business partners, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Identify key productivity metrics and develop/enhance reporting tools to support leaders and teammates in achieving business objectives.
- Mentor, coach, and educate/train new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and continued professional development.
- Manage staff, hire new staff, and train employees to successfully meet business objectives, maintaining a high level of current knowledge and compliance with U.S. Bancorp policies and procedures.
- 15 years of management experience, with a proven track record of driving client impact projects to completion.
- Demonstrated influential leadership skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to construct informative and persuasive presentations.
- Goal-oriented, action-focused, executive-level interpersonal and communication skills, with an innovative and curious mindset.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.
- Ability to travel 25%.
